Distortion Swirl

Adds a swirl effect to the image.

Control Name	Description
X, Y Center:	Center of swirl.
Rotation:	The amount of rotation applied.
Distortion:	This control allows rotation to be distorted based on the intensity of the image.
Expand:	Amount of expansion from the center of the swirl - negative value contracts.
Frame Limit:	Indicates whether the effect is limited to the current frame, or if it crosses the frame boundaries.
Blob:	Produces a blob at X,Y Center.
