Linear Collage

This filter takes data from different areas of the original image and combine them to make a collage

Control Name	Description
X,Y Offset:	Distance offset of image data to combine.
X,Y Multiplier:	Distance multiplier for X,Y Offsets.
Operation:	How the image data from different areas is combined. The image tends to be lighter with higher values here.
Randomize:	Randomizes all of the control parameters.
